I have that too and the latest iCal. Boxes are checked in Entourage preferences. iCal has a calendar created by Entourage. But no events are being transferred. Same with Address Book.

I am having the same problem -
Running Entourage 11.3.6, OS 10.4.10, have activated the preferences and checked the boxes as described by others above. Nothing migrates. I feel like I am missing something obvious, but clearly its not obvious to me!
