How is iOS 10 on iPhone 5?

Does anyone see the "app suggestions" feature on iOS 10? Previously I was able to enable it in Settings under General > Handoff & Suggested Apps" but for some reason that has now changed to just "Handoff" with the option/toggle missing inside there as well?

Honestly though, based on my personal usage, none of those issues are of a major concern to me. Some stutters here and there like mentioned, but this seems to occur on other iOS devices running iOS 10 as well. It'll likely be smoothed out in the next couple of updates. The fact that opening/closing apps are still very smooth is the most important thing for me.
