How is Samsung Tab S6, S7 and S7 Plus?

I was going to say that you couldn't, but that historically has been because voice/text used a different radio than data. Now that everything is going VoLTE, that argument no longer holds water so it comes down to Samsung allowing it to be provisioned as a phone.
I’m absolutely loving mine so far. I think this is the best hardware in a tablet in the market right now. I’m coming from a 10.5” iPad Pro and an 11” iPad Pro.

Samsung REALLY needs to normalize how devices are treated. The Tab S7/S7+ is a flagship-class device but those in the US that pre-ordered their devices are waiting until Monday or Tuesday to get them as Samsung didn't SHIP until release day. Often the flagship phones ARRIVE on release day when they are pre-ordered, even if the original delivery estimate was after release day.

Yes, but only in 128 GB capacity, which means it also is only equipped with 6GB of RAM.

Are we able to make and receive phone calls using the 5G model?
That I can't answer, and won't be able to as I'm getting a 256GB WiFi model. Typically tablets only have data service, but that was back when there were different radios for data and voice/SMS. Now that everything is LTE, it would be easier to allow them to make calls.
I don't get the fascination with making calls on tablets using 5G though. I can see that only being useful when sitting at a desk at home or work, out in public it would be unwieldy or you would be best off using a headset so as not to annoy people around you by using speaker.
That 6GB of system Ram (which is used for the OS and Apps) is not expandable. What you are referring to is the Storage Ram. The 5G S7 / S7+ only has 128GB of Storage, but can have up to 1TB of additional storage added via micro-sd cards. However, as sd storage tends to be slower than what is built in, quite a few people tend to use it just for data (music, photos, etc...)

Yeah. Hopefully, this is a glitch and not a new policy. Some other apps - e.g., xfinity Stream - disable external display by policy. Maybe it will come back along with 2160p support on the iPad.

Yesterday, Samsung started a blow-out sale on the Galaxy Tab S6. Accessories are also on clearance when added at time of purchase. I've been delighted with my Tab A10.1 (2019) and had no plan to upgrade, but at these prices I couldn't resist...
Could this replace my Pixelbook + Tab A 10.1 + iPad Mini 5? I'll soon find out. 😅
