Low power mode or nah?

Low power mode really isn't like on intel.

You're talking small performance/power differences, not crippling the machine by 50%, etc.

Think of regular mode as a bit more of a "boost mode" on these Apple Silicon machines.

Normal use - makes little difference and as above promotion is nice.

It's when you're pushing a severe workload for a long period of time that I find low power mode makes the machine a quieter and cooler. Even on high power mode its nothing like previous intel Macs I've had in terms of heat and noise though.
