I've been looking into getting a white band also. How unprofessional do you think it makes the watch overall? i have a black band now

mines an ebay $12 special and although i dont wear it everyday, seems fine after about a month or so of irregular use.

I would think it depends on your work environment/culture. I work in an informal office setting and wear either the BSB or the WSB.

I've worn my white band on and off for a few months now and no issues or staining, even with lots of sweat, sand and fun in the sun. I shower and swim with my apple watch too, so maybe that helps it stay a little more crisp looking.

makes me nervous thinking about submerging the watch, it isn't showing any sort of damage whatsoever?

I haven't used it for 2 months. When I started to get my additional bands (classic and modern buckle, Milanese loop, pink sports band) I started using it less. However I wore it every day for the first month and it's still pristine. No discolouration.
