Go to your account. The third option under your name is "iPhone Upgrade Program". Choose the device you upgraded and it will say "your upgrade is pending"
Took a few minutes for my confirmation email to show up, ordered at 3:01 but didn't see email until about 5 minutes later
Home delivery..
Ordered at 3:03 eastern and saw in app order number but didn’t take a screenshot
Said 21st delivery
Ordered two through Apple app, one email, but both now show in recent orders. If that’s the case I’d just wait until morning as it’s just an email glitch.
Don’t have that in the app..

I still haven’t gotten one from Apple after 14 minutes (I took a screen shot of the order number/confirmation), but I got my AT&T one for my watch in under a minute.
Crap when I click my orders in the app it says I have no recent orders. But I have a confirmation.
And just got my second confirmation at X:25 dated :15, order placed about :05. So servers were backed up since that was the second phone I ordered.

Ordered XS Max 256GB Silver, Att, through the Apple Store App and the email confirmation came within seconds. Ordered an Apple Watch and then ordered an Apple case for the phone and I got both of those confirmation emails within seconds as well. Case arrives this coming Wednesday and the phone and watch arrive Friday, the 21st.
I just got my email. Received 25 minutes after order. Set for a delivery on the 21st. 64GB Silver XS Max.
Yes, same here. Only complaint is that 09:01 (00:01 in Cupertino) was actually 09:04, before I got through the website.
My impression is that demand is not very high, but we'll see when the date starts to shift.
I also think most people went for the XS Max (60% vs 40% for the XS ?)
I still don't like that you can only pick up in a store within the country you live. If you live close to Germany for example, the only way to pick it up there is to go via the German website.
I am stuck with DHL Express evening delivery due to the place where I live in Holland and there's a high chance it won't arrive next week friday.
