How long do you leave Handbrake running?

Can you guys post a link that explains how to use hand brake?

I don't know what I'm doing. I understand everything you all are talking about but I don't know what to do after I use HB?

I have used Cucusoft and it works great. But it's MPEG-4 and not H264.

What do I need to do first? Use another program 1st, then use HB 2nd?

Sorry it took so long---I got caught up after class.

Here's some that have encoded today (on Apple TV preset on Handbrake):

Return of the Jedi- 2.48 GB
Memento- 2.11 GB
28 Weeks Later- 1.88 GB

Return of the King hasn't finished encoding, but it looks like it's going to clock in at well over 3 GB (it's an hour and fifteen minutes longer than Return of the Jedi). It might even touch 4 GB. Hope that gives you a benchmark!

Yeah, I've finished 28 Days Later straight from the DVD and it's just over 2 gig, got my method sorted now so thanks a lot for posting those file sizes, I knew about what TV shows should be, but wasn't sure about Movies.
