How long does 14” MacBook Pro battery last in sleep?

Eight days is way more than I get. Mine now goes from 100% to 0% in four days. How do I make a tab group? I use Chrome and Safari. Will it save everything in each tab? I don't want to just save the URLs and then have them reloaded with whatever is or isn't there when they reload.

Chrome is something that I will not install on my Macs anymore. Too slow and power hungry. That alone could easily be the difference in our standby time.

I actually quit Chrome before I put to sleep, and I know it's historically had very poor battery optimization for Mac OS. Unfortunately, I still need it for some extensions and work stuff, so I can't entirely remove it.
