I bought one. Having said that, I believe this should have been included in the box as part of the price.
It's just not realistic to think that a device needs NO disk access of any type, and frankly the remote disk functionality just isn't mature enough to serve as a replacement for having a disk.

yeah, it really seems that if it going to be used as your only computer, super drive is necessary. And a personal preference if you have a second computer.
