I have the stainless with black classic buckle.

Arriving tomorrow is a black sport band which I intend to use for workouts (I don't want the leather band getting gross from gym moisture & sweat).

I also ordered a link bracelet. Couldn't help myself. Looks so nice. I'm suspecting that when it comes it'll be my daily band.

I just have he one sport band for now. Now that Apple has put out some band design guidelines and hinted at a "Made for Watch" program, I'll be curious to see what third party options become available and what pricing is like.

I first ordered the watch with the sport band but then I ordered the Milanese loop too.

Sport = of course for working out
Milanese = everything else, the loop is so cool

Might get another for more fashionable style later down the road.

I bought the watch (42mm) with the classic buckle. The classic buckle great for everyday wear, won't scuff while typing, and it arrived shortly after launch day.

I bought the link bracelet for more dressy occasions, when I'm not wearing a mechanical watch.

Lastly I bought the sport band for use during exercise - running, biking, etc. I could have just used the classic buckle, but was afraid the perspiration would ruin the leather.

I have a SS and a SSB(on order, I am a watch whore):
Milanese for Formal Dress (love it)
Black Leather Loop for Casual (my thoughts below)
Black Sport for Work Out (love it)

Not sure I will keep the Black Leather for 2 reasons.
1. The loop part adds bulk.
2. In the wrong circumstances the the watch could fall. This is due to the open ended loop. I wish it had the same slip over like the Milanese.

It would have been more useful if the poll had more than just two choices to choose from.

My Apple Watch Sport came with a white sport band. My black sport band was delivered today. And in the next week or so, I'm going to order either a blue leather loop or the milinese for dressier occasions.

I now have three, and I think I'm done for now... although I would like additional leather loops (or at least a knock-off) in more colors.

  • Blue Sport Band - Came with my AW Sport 38mm. I wear it when I'm going to get really sweaty, or when it seems to go best with what I'm wearing.
  • Clockwork Synergy Vintage Brown Leather Band - This is my default daily wear band. I use a bicycle for transportation, and I don't mind if this band gets a little sweaty. If I'm going for a long ride on a hot day, I will switch to the Sport band.
  • Black Leather Loop (knockoff sold by Happycell) - Looks great and is very comfortable, but I don't know how well it will hold up. I put it on when it seems to go better with what I'm wearing. In Fall and Winter I wear more black shoes and belts than in Spring/Summer, so it may become my most frequently worn band between October and April.

I have seen a lot of bands out there that I like. I'm not a fan of metal mesh or link bands. I Prefer leather or nylon. I like the gray nylon band from Monowear, and I would like to have the Leather Loop in blue and maybe brown or stone.

I have four, I think that will be it for a while. I may look into a black leather loop in the future.

Black Sport Band- Came with my 42mm Space Grey AW. Had to replace the original within 14 days as it was starting to peel. So far, the replacement seems to be holding up well.

White Sport Band - I really like the contrast with the Space Grey.

Blue Sport Band - Bought it from my neighbor because he wasn't comfortable wearing it to work. Didn't realize it was a 38mm until i bought it. No problem, I just wear it on weekends. It still clicks into place, although there are gaps.

Blue Leather Loop (knockoff) - Really like this band. Very comfortable and dresses up the AW Sport. We'll have to see how it holds up as a daily driver once the weather cools down where I live.

Since I have the Space Grey, I feel that I'm limited to sport bands and leather loops. They seem to work best with this color, IMO.

I have five bands, and I'm not sure if I'm done yet or not, but I'm pretty sure I'm through buying official bands. I love the ones I have, but I think I've spent too much already.

Milanese Loop - This one came with my 42mm Stainless Steel watch. I used to wear it every day, since it was hard to get bands, but the loop gets dirty too easily. Since I got more bands I seldom wear my ML, but it's still a nice band. I enjoy wearing it from time to time.

Blue Sport Band - I love the Blue Sport Band. It's surprisingly comfortable and I love the shade of blue Apple chose to go with. It clashes a bit with the stainless steel Watch, but I still love the hell out of it. Probably my most frequently worn band for work.

Blue Leather Loop - I originally wanted the leather loop as my primary band, but none were available on launch day, so I ended up with the ML. I love my leather loop. It's soft, comfortable and looks great with just about anything.

Red Leather Loop (knockoff) - The red leather loop isn't bad, but you get what you pay for. It's too long, the leather is pretty stiff and the adapters leave a noticeable gap. It's definitely nowhere near as nice as the official, but it's also about one-third of the price, so it's not a bad option if you can put up with those minor annoyances.

Link Bracelet - I've had the official link bracelet for a month or so now, and I can confidently say it's the band the stainless steel watch was designed to be paired with. It's got a good, comfortable weight to it, it's easy to resize and it doesn't pull my arm hair one bit. It's eye-catching as well. It's a great band that I honestly have zero comnplaints about.

I have the SS 38mm and I have two bands:

Soft Pink with Modern Buckle - This band came with the watch. It is very elegant and very comfortable to wear because the leather is soft. I love how it combines with everything and I can wear it with casual or dressy outfits.

Coral Sport Band - Very bright and beautiful color for the summer. Looks great with a tan and this one is also very comfortable.

I'm planning to buy the black Classic Buckle band or the Milanese Loop. Still undecided

I have 7.

42mm SS Apple Watch

Blue Leather Loop M - Apple - Favorite band, wear it the most
Red Leather Loop M - erockseven (eBay)
Black Sports Band - Apple -Came with watch
White Sports Band - MoKo (Amazon)
Milanese Loop - Inkoo888 (eBay)
HOCO 5 bead - AliExpress
Brown Leather - 2014outlets (eBay)

Only band I don't wear is the HOCO, I am in-between links. 2 out, too tight, 1 out, too loose. I like the band, just can't wear it.

I have three bands so far, the black sports band that came with the watch, a green sports band which is what I use all the time and a monowear nylon (green colored) band. The monowear band doesn't feel as comfortable as the sports band so I've only worn that once. I'll probably put that back on and give it more time but I have to say I really like the look and feel of the green sports band

I have 5 bands so far.

Soft pink modern buckle
Classic buckle
Milanese loop
Pink sports band
White sports band

My favourite is between the modern buckle and classic buckle. The modern buckle is more stylish but the classic buckle is more elegant. I'll try and buy the modern buckle in brown and midnight blue if possible.

I'm not sure about the link bracelet. It's quite expensive. I'm not sure about the look either. I haven't tried it on yet. In some pics/videos it looks too masculine in others it looks less so.

I've actually owned all the band options at one point, but ended up returning both leather straps as well as the link bracelet. I also wish I had ordered Apple Watch with the sport band instead of Milanese loop.

Now that I've had the watch for over 3 months now, I can say about 90% of the time, I wear one of my 3 sport bands. At first, I thought the sport band was kinda cheap looking for the SS watch, but I've come to really like them as they look real nice, feel real comfortable, and are extremely durable.

I found the leather bands to feel way too "fragile" around water, the classic buckle, I was always on the last loop as there is no bigger size, and the leather loop I liked but it didn't breath very well and I was always afraid of sweat ruining it.

The link bracelet I liked the looks of it, but the thing was such a pain to resize, and I could never seem to get the fit right, and every now and then, I'd pinch myself on the clasp. Plus in the middle of summer, it does not breathe! Not to mention the $450 dent it'd put on your wallet.

The Milanese loop I've found to be a pain as well as I can never get it to resize correctly. I will use it for formal occasions, but I only have a handful of those in a year.

In the end, I think Apple hit a home run with the sport bands and I'd like to see them release more colors as I'd easily go and buy some more, especially navy blue, red, orange, and maybe a light blue as well. I still like the stainless steel watch as it has a nice premium heft to it and it works well with virtually any band. It would be nice to see the classic buckle come in a bigger size and more colors, if they do that, then I may reconsider the classic buckle.

I love them all really, but my favorite would have to be the link.

Which is your favorite? I can't seem to get over the Link price although I like it, just got the Classic and will be returning it because the fit isn't quiet right for me. The LL is a keeper and I have a sport for activities that could ruin a nicer band.

I have leather loop, link and sport bands. I rarely take the link off it looks great and is really comfortable I don't really have breath ability or any pinching issues with it. I use the sport when I excercise but other than that i usually just go with the link. I picked up the LL thinking I'd use it for work with typing but haven't had any issues with DLC scratching so it doesn't get much use. Not really any fault of the LL though it's a nice band.

SG Sports with all 5 sport band colors. Though _technically_ the white band came with my wife's Silver sports (and the coral, aka "pink") she pretty much only uses.

Black with my Watch
White with her Watch
Scored the green used (though basically new) for about 1/2 price
Got the Blue for Father's day
Picked her up the Pink when I was in SF, couldn't resist getting something from the mothership store (even used Apple Pay from my Watch)

Since I've started using the larger section, even if I'm going full blue, or full black, she can still do her mixed color (she does most of the time) with the smaller section :) So lots of options, glad she got the 42mm :D
