The irony is I didn't know I could get a discount and I'd been at my job since 2002.

Yea its definitely not bad.

The downside is i have to buy my phones outright (no subsidy), but even then it still comes out cheaper overall than if i were lock myself into a lengthy contract for a subsidized device. Plus, this way i get to change phones whenever i want.

thats nothing...I got unlimited calls to all landlines, 1/2 cent a minute local calls, and unlimited texts for around $10...internet is also cheap...$10 more for unlimited browsing
