Did you sign up recently, if you don't mind me asking? Tried to get this for my mother but $60/month was the best my local store could do.

Three

Unlimited mins/texts
14gb data

Ability to use my phone abroad in 71 destinations at no extra cost

Use Netfix or Apple music without using my data

£14

Just topped up my pre-paid mobile phone (a basic, several years old, $20.00 Nokia) with 500 baht ($US 16.00)..... last time was back in November, so about $4.00 a month. I only use it for the odd SMS text message, and maybe a brief call or two a week. I don't have a land line.

My internet connection (to a Mac Mini) is fibre to my apartment, that I had installed when it came to the neighbourhood about 4 years ago. The basic package (10 MB/sec down, 1 MB/sec up, but get close on twice that) sets me back about $20 a month.

So all up, about $24.00 a month on telecoms.

I work for a UK phone network so I get my 256GB 8+ with 30GB data/unlimited minutes and texts for £38 per month, plus £10 per month for loss/theft/accidental damage insurance. The equivalent tariff if I were a normal customer would be in excess of £80 per month... every time I find myself despising my job I like to remind myself of that.

$192 for two lines and Unlimited Choice on AT&T, plus my Apple Watch line. Not complaining.

I think a LOT of people in Canada upgraded when we had the $60/10Gb price war going on (the carrier call centres were overloaded).
The carriers compensated by playing some sneaky bugger tricks after the fact (raising the price of add-ons like visual voicemail, etc).

So mine is is now $75.71 after tax ($67 before tax) for 10GB, Unlimited Text & Talk, Visual Voicemail. Fido (Rogers subsidiary).

Wish I would have switched to Bell when the fray was on....turns out they did allow people to add their Apple Watches to the cheaper plans and share the same data bucket. :( Still NO ETA for Rogers / Fido to finally enable e-sim provisioning (or, at least that's the excuse).

$222 with tax (AT&T)

2 iPhone X
1 iPad Pro
Unlimited data on all devices
Unlimited minutes on phones
Unlimited text
Free HBO included
Can use personal hotspot

T-Mobile One Unlimited everything and free Netflix

7 Voice
1 iPad
1 hotspot
1 Apple Watch

10 lines Total $257 / month with autopay (autopay discount capped at $40/month)

Verizon

Unlimited Data in U.S. 500mb of daily data allowance in Canada and Mexico
Unlimited Texts and Calls in U.S. Canada and Mexico
$85-86 per month.

Not the cheapest but I like data prioritization as opposed to being on an MVNO.

If I travelled internationally more often I'd probably try T-Mobile or AT&T since they have superior roaming options.

I'm sticking with Verizon for now as they are the only reliable service provider where some relatives of mine live.

An iPhone SE 128GB phone comes with the plan
Unlimited national calls and SMS
50-62 minutes of international calls depending on country
3 GB data on TD-LTE or 3G

US$35.56
24-month contract

Virgin Mobile in Australia

$AU32/$25 for 25GB a month, free Apple Music streaming and free 6 months subscription.
Data speeds running at well above 50MBps.

$60 total (i.e. not $60 per line)? If so, how did you get that kind of rate? When I looked into T-Mobile, it would have been $120 for 2 lines, with their "One" plan.
It’s called the 55+ Plan, the account holder must be 55 or older.

I’m probably stuck to T-MO for eternity!

And yes, that’s two lines.

I have AT&T's Unlimited Choice plan which is $60 before taxes. I was worried about the 3 mbps cap but honestly I never notice it.

Phone paid for. 200MB data free every month (Three). As WIFI is everywhere and as I don't need to update social media with "I am at a bus stop" or "A photo of my meal" or a photo showing snow outside, 200MB is fine!

I agree but I do have to frequently look up salient facts to prove my mates are daft! Unlimited data FTW
