How often does Apple release new color bands?

I was wondering, based on previous years, how long will it take for Apple to release new colors bands (and cases)?

It seems like in 2015 & 2016 there were Spring & Fall releases.

2017 had a release for each season.

2018 has had a release for each season (so far)

Twice a year the band are refreshed. Typically around WWDC and/or early spring or during the September iPhone keynote.

As far as cases, that’s completely a different sector, usually it’s upon any iPhone release.
