how to disable Safari nag?

Running a beta of 26.3 on a M2 MacBook Air. Often (not always) when I start Safari, I get this nagging message. How can I stop this? I have my extension permissions enabled.

Possibly click the turn on extensions annoyance button then delete all extensions.

thanks for responding! I have reason to keep those extensions, in particular the Cold Turkey Blocker Pro, which halts the browser if I delete the extension. (CTBP: app which enforces time limits and schedules on certain apps and websites so that I don't use them all the time.)
