easiest way: just place your mouse on the border of the window. The resizing arrow will appear. Just click and drag the mouse in the other dimension. This means: if you select the lower border, then move your mouse sideways, if you select a side border, move your mouse downwards. This will drag the window as well. :)

This is amazing. Seriously, I feel like I gained a new superpower.

Now I'm left wondering how long this has been possible for. Am I just the only person who's been unaware of this feature for the longest time? I feel like I've actually done it unintentionally a few times but never became fully aware of the functionality. :confused:

You can actually move the window in any direction anywhere on the screen using the method mentioned by witold.kop. It's amazing to me that people don't know this. It's been this way for years and years.
 
Hi guys, I came here because my applications were published here (free) and I saw this question, really without this function I can not even imagine my work on the Mac, so I implemented the same function in one of my applications

I only know how to write code, and shooting a video is also not my best skill, like English very bad
