iPhone How to get facebook interface 2019

i have a question i have seen many people with the new "white" interface of facebook but im still with the old blue one, i already uninstalled and installed back with the same results anyone knows how to change it?

I just got it as part of an app update...presumably being rolled out in phases to different people for some reason.
