How to get my Apple Store to replace my iPhone 3GS?

I don't think this is true. I had that speaker ringing problem others were reporting and adults can not hear it well. Apple overnighted me a new phone and only charged me $29 shipping.

I was saying they would only charge you if after inspecting the phone they see that there is nothing wrong with it, or that it was damaged due to neglect (i.e. water damage, broken screen)
