iPhone How to re-sign unc0ver now?

Since Apple killed Reprovision and there are no signs of it coming back, and I believe Cydia Impactor isn't working either, how do I re-sign my unc0ver jailbreak if my phone reboots? If there's an automatic solution that signs it every 7 days that would be ideal, but I wouldn't mind manually re-signing. I'm on iPhone 8 plus, iOS 12.1.2, already jailbroken with unc0ver. Thanks.

You'll have to use another provider, like Ignition, IOSNinja or TweakBox to download Unc0ver.

ReproVision 0.5 works now once again. For now, at least. CheckRa1n is the shiz now.
