iPad Pro How to Stream Movies from iPad Wirelessly to an External Monitor ?

You can use an Apple TV to stream to a TV and the box connects via hdmi.
Thanks for the Reply. But I guess Apple TV is an expensive affair for me. Any cheaper Option ? Like which is basic minimum even if it a little old Apple TV that I can use which will not have any significant delay. Like for e.g. 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th generation ? which is the bare minimum I should use ?
How about if I use Airport Express ?
Airport express is a different thing, I don’t think it supports AirPlay.
You can use an older gen Apple TV, but really 3rd or newer would be better. Would be a case of scouting eBay until a bargain pops up.

If I use Airplay in Apple TV 3rd Generation will there be any Latency issues ? in Videos appearing and streaming or audio lag between the iPad Pro and the Videos appearing on the Monitor ?
Depending on the type of content you’re trying to stream and the app you’re going to use, firetv can be a cheaper option that also supports 4K output and can be used as an independent device without casting in most cases.
I am saying as a combination, lets say if I watch a Movie using Apple TV 3rd Generation and I am streaming it from an iPad will there be in any delay in the Movie like dialogues not syncing with the Lip Movement etc...etc..

Fire TV but I also wanna stream website surfing from my iPad on to the External Monitor ! is that possible from a Fire TV ?
There’s no delay with Apple TV as long as you’ve got decent WiFi connection.
I haven’t tried that specific situation with a fire tv but I think it should support it if you use chrome as your browser.
But will the Apple TV 3rd Generation have Airplay Feature in it ? And which Airplay is it 1 or 2 ?
So in a Scenario where my 2018 iPad Pro has Airplay 2 Presumably and Apple TV 3rd Generation has Airplay 1 will there be any issues ? Latency or Malfunctioning or anything of that sort ?
I’m not sure if the 3rd gen uses 1 or 2. Newer devices should support both though.
I don’t have your exact devices so it remains a bit of a guesswork at the moment. I personally use a 4K ATV with no problems with syncing, and a few iPads in the household.

Apple TV isn't all that expensive. Would be worthwhile for all the functionality you're wanting.

Guys there is one more way to stream Video and Mirror your screen to a Monitor. I am surprised none of you guys spoke about it !! It is through Chromecast Dongle. Even that way you can achieve this, at a Fraction of Cost what Apple TV costs ! And plus with Chrome Cast in that Price I get the Latest Hardware, not like Apple TV if I dont have the Budget I have to compromise on anything like buy Gen-1 or Gen-2 or so on...which with Apple TV if I go with older generations I might have to accept some outdated Hardware in it.
I'm just a little surprised that you'll spend money on a high end iPad like the Pro, but find Apple TV too expensive. To me, staying in the Apple world makes streaming seamless and integration so much easier. With Chromecast, no easy access to iTunes for steaming or casting. No AirPlay. Is it worth it to save $100 or so? I guess so.
Different Lives ! Different Priorities. I purchased iPad Pro in June-2019. And Financial Status change Overnight. So yes in the current situation $150-$200 is a lot !!
And Ok let me also ask you, what would be the major difference between Chromecast and Apple TV besides just not having iTunes ?
At least it doesn’t support an ad company. This is not a tech shop. People here will provide options they likely have experience with, not list every more or less available option on the planet.

Didn’t realize chromecast could do iPad screen mirroring. Good to know. Were it not for that screen mirroring requirement other streaming sticks would have suited as well.

Apple TV, Roku or Android TV devices can operate independently with their associated remote controls without the need of a mobile device to browse/play content.
I have a gen 1 chromecast somewhere collecting dust, I much prefer my Rokus and Nvidia Shield. I haven’t tried Apple TV though, I don’t see much value in it over the devices I already have.
