How to Turn Off Notifications?

Threads like this one and the one about Low Battery Mode make me wish Apple offered an smartphone version of (I think it was called) "timed profiles" from my ancient Nokia dumb phone from last decade. Need to schedule quiet mode (like iOS Do Not Disturb)? Got it. Spending all day at the office with no use for Wifi or Bluetooth? Enable the work (or low power) profile that turns them off until 5pm. Need louder ringtone and alerts when outside? Enable Outside profile and have it expire when the game is over. iOS has all the pieces but it would be nice if there was a better way of tying it all together on Control Center.

OP were you jailbroken? Maybe a jailbreak tweak added that option for you.

There needs to be a better way to set notifications for multiple apps at once. Everytime I install a fresh copy of iOS i'm reminded how much of a pain it is to go through all of the apps.
