finding intuit support not easy...

I tried phoning and the voice says I can only use the online contact centre. I go online and it is not easily accessible. Is there a number I can call to talk to a real person?

I know this is an old post but just in case someone can use this info:
I just transferred my Quicken 2004 (13.0.2 R3) file from OS X 10.4.11 G4 PPC to Quicken 2007 16.1.0 Build 19.725.400 running on MacBook Pro 2017 with OS X Sierra v. 10.12.6.
From Quicken 2004 I opened my file, selected FILE-EXPORT, FULL EXPORT. This created a .qif file that I moved to a usb drive to my new desktop on MacBook Pro. In Quickbooks 2007 I created a new file with 1 blank account. I then selected FILE-IMPORT-FROM QIF.
The import gave me a warning that several files were too large to import but a cursory check shows all seems well with records going back to 1999. I expect some stuff might be missing but it beats the alternative especially with investment accounts. Hope this helps!

Thank you Keysam, I followed your instructions and migrated my Q2004 file to Q2007. Didn’t much care for the looks of the current version of Quicken so I will keep using Q2007.
