I really dont get why they would copy them. They scream apple == more value to the Apple brand.

Then I’m unsure as to why you brought it up in this conversation.
The copying is shameless.Huawei's new wireless earbuds also remind me of another product, but I just can't think which...

You don’t understand Apple’s planning and design timetables, do you?Lol, Apple copied Essential with the notch, but nobody said a word.
Last year's Q3 Huawei moved Apple to the 3rd position for 3 months. We will see what happens this year. And this is without even selling in the US.
However I don’t think Apple are loosing sales to huawei. Huawei phones are generally much cheaper than Apple products so someone who buys a huawei device was unlikely to buy an equivalent device from Apple.
Samsung sell high end devices, so someone who buys a high end Samsung device could quite have easily bought an Apple product and this is likely why Apple go after them.
I’m aware that Samsung sell cheap phones too, however again I don’t think it’s those cheap phones that Apple are worried about. It’s the flagships devices that compete directly with the iPhone that Apple are concerned about.Huawei is not even available in United States, it’s only available in Asia. But what you’re missing is, it’s an android operating platform, which would compete with other lower end android devices, not Apple. (Aside from the more affordable SE).
Not quite. You only see Samsung’s marketing for their high-end phones, Samsung has a multitude of lower end devices globally that are much affordable that will compete with Huawei.
LOL. That’s an aesthetic software choice, not a major feature or hardware element.I’m taking it Hauwei copied someone when designing the P20 Pro that blows away all other smartphone cameras? It may have a small notch but it also gives the option to black out the notification bar to give the display a symmetrical look that doesn’t obstruct photos, videos or gameplay at full screen. Let’s see if Apple copies that option.

IMO, they made that voice to “embrace the notch” and make it more iconic. Obviously others are copycatting, so t worked to some extent. I imagine Apple with either change software to minimize in future or the hardware itself will minimize it. Doesn’t mean they’re copying Huawei though.
Relax. You’re needlessly and wantonly extrapolating. I’m merely postulating in one example. So if it’s just software, it’s open season? By your logic, if another manufacturer made their UI to look like iOS, it’s not copying?

Apple doesn't fail to pay taxes. Get your facts straight. No they aren't. Failing to pay tax robs every member of a society whereas copyright infringement only affects shareholders in one particular company.
