I cant install Genesis roms package 1.. PLease

Ok before anything, yes I am newby to this kind of stuff. So need to jump on me.

Well it loads up but as soon as I try to download it gives me this message

Http/1.1 404 not found
Http/1.1 404 not found


What do I do?

Also when I play Super nintendo game its like really lagging. Please let me know if theres anything that I can do?
