ok, i understand that taking a screen shot does not do anything, becuase the problem was with the LCD and screenc apture takes a picture of the output, but no need to be upset, regardless, is is good for the mac community as a whole to know of ANY problem, if only to herlp them in their endeavors. be a little understanding. but thank you for the congrads on getting it fixed.
