What did you do to fix it? It's really helpful to share the solution in these types of posts because, believe it or not, people actually perform searches looking for answers. It's a nice way to give back.
This thread should have ended with OP restoring back to stock as a way of saying, "Don't touch what you don't know anything about"

i started a web server from ifile then i uploaded the maps.app into the main directory and then i just extracted it from there and respringed and it worked.
Wow! I never would have thought of that. Glad you got it sorted out while keeping your jailbreak. Congrats!
