i did not recieve a confirmation email for my ipad pre-order

No Confirmation

Has been 9 hours since I pre-ordered. My order shows up on my Mobile Me account with iPad being delivered 4/3 and accessories shipped on 4/3.

HELLO. Nearly 10 hours later I just received my order confirmation. Order # W68768122.

Now after months of reading about the iPad on Numerous forums I can begin the Real Wait. My Mac Book Pro will take a shelf in my computer room to accompany my Mac Pro during daily web/e-mail use.

Yes they took my $$$ 5 min after I hit the submit button lol! Confirmation email came like 2 hours later.

I got my email 6 minutes after I ordered, but I did have an accessory in my order in addition to the iPads (someone mentioned earlier that seemed to speed things along).

No record shows on my Visa Wells Fargo account. Have called Apple and they say they are not able to access orders yet. Have those of you that have pre-ordered shown a charge on your CC?

Yep. Oddly, I am shown two $1 charges instead of the normal one $1 charge. The second charge was displayed about 30 minutes after the first.

you shouldn't see a charge on your card till it ships.

one thing everyone using debit cards to purchase something like this needs to remember. it wont get taken out of account till its ready to ship so you better leave that money in your account. it would suck if it didn't ship out because you forget and withdrawl part of the money
