I don't get new lockscreen!!!

When it's in a locked state you can't see activity info or find my friends. That's just the widgets I've noticed not giving data when locked. Changing to tap to unlock (ios9 behavior) you can't use these widgets at all. It will just jump to the home screen as per setting.

You can swipe to the right on the unlocked home screen to get to the widgets.

I know that. Default settings I do this.

Press home (phone is locked)
Swipe right for widgets
Scroll down for activity widget
Tap home button to "unlock" phone
The phone will jump to home screen

Then I'll press the lock button and try the exact same thing. But this time it will stay in the lock screen and show the activity data. It's inconsistent and that's the issue. Doesn't happen very often, maybe 1-2 every 10 times. But it's annoying enough.
