iPhone I don’t like iOS 13 very much

For most of us, dark mode does not offer any battery savings at all. The 2 iPhone 11 Pro models have an OLED screen that uses less power in dark mode, but all other current iOS/ipadOS devices have a backlit LCD screen: the backlight still has to be on at its designated power level, dark mode being achieved by turning most of the LCD pixels black or dark.

Annoying is Safari’s “Are you sure you want to close all open tabs?” Seems like an unneeded extra keystroke.

Objectively iOS 13 is way better than iOS 12 in term of new features and some great improvements almost everywhere. The only big downside is some very irritating bugs but I wouldn't return to iOS 12 just for this especially after knowing they release 12.4.2 for security reasons and my device can't have this firmware because it support iOS 13 so its another reason I don't want to rollback and 13.1 is a great improvement over 13.0 so I have good hopes for future patches.

3D Touch is also a mess. I still cannot figure out how to rearrange icons. Every time i press icon, it will bring 3D Touch menu and I cannot get the icon to wiggle.

If you press and hold an icon until you feel the haptic feedback, you can rearrange that app and everything else wiggles.
