I have been sick of hearing about the iPhone since day 2 of its announcement.

Then why are you in the iPhone forum?

Apple had nothing else to show at MWSF so they were forced to tease the iPhone.

They were "forced to" show the iPhone because if they didn't show it then, it would have been released when it went to get approved. That wouldn't have been very fun......also did you forget about the TV....and you do have a lot of post here for not caring about the iPhone!
