A machine of that generation (Early/Mid 2015) would be well out of AppleCare. I don't believe they had AppleCare+ back then either.
i fell down and dropped my macbook as well screen is not damaged and it works yet. it only has this visible damage. could there be any more problems? and is there any way to fix it?View attachment 1908080
Sorry it happened but...how much time do you spend looking at/viewing that portion of your laptop?i fell down and dropped my macbook as well screen is not damaged and it works yet. it only has this visible damage. could there be any more problems? and is there any way to fix it?View attachment 1908080
Unfortunately the only way to fix that is a new screen. I don't think it's easy to take the screen apart I'm afraid. Maybe you can? But I'd imagine there's some serious glue holding the top cover and screen together. I dented my MB Pro once in the side, it's not a big dent and I could probably easily fix it as it's accessible, but I never bothered to.i fell down and dropped my macbook as well screen is not damaged and it works yet. it only has this visible damage. could there be any more problems? and is there any way to fix it?View attachment 1908080
Wait, this is covered by Applecare+? I have a similar but smaller dent with my machine.A machine of that generation (Early/Mid 2015) would be well out of AppleCare. I don't believe they had AppleCare+ back then either.
