iPhone I have 6.1.2 SHSH Blobs, w/ RedSn0w, Evasi0n and correct IPSW but Still Hitting Issue

I'd find a windows machine and check with ifaith.
It will let you know if the shsh blobs saved are vailid and if they can be used for a restore.

This is exactly what you need to do. I had a similar issue with saved TU blobs and I could not get it to work under Redsn0w and mac mini, but it worked perfectly using my wife's windows laptop using iFaith/Sn0wbreeze. The one and only time a windows machine has actually saved me!

It's 6.1.3 that is tethered, 6.1.2 is untethered

If you're fine with tethered jailbreak, I'd say best is to go with 6.1.3 since most of your daily apps require at least 6.1

I agree with Darrick. If you go tethered, use the latest iOS.

i think im mixing up the shsh and ipsws within redsnow which is giving me problems.

Have your device on 6.1.3

In redsn0w, click extras and click select ipsw. Choose the 6.0 ipsw for your phone

Now go back and click jailbreak

Did that, gives me this (pictured), even got the pineapple on my phone but Cydia is still not installed on my phone.

Edit: I went back to redsnow and went to just boot tethered. It gave me the pineapple on my screen and now cydia is there!

edit #2: sucks having to boot every time i need to, but the worst of a tethered JB will presumably come when without notice the phone turns off on me and I dearly hope I have my mbp near me. thank you all! im installing all my main apps now. the revamped google maps is a big one during my travels!

I believe a normal startup without using redsn0w's "just boot" function will put you into a semi-tethered state (where at least phone and the texting app will work). I'd recommend you test it first to see if that is the case

And another side note, if the "just boot" doesn't seem to work. select the 6.0 ipsw and then select just boot
