This is an instant share. There's an app named "Quick Snap - Camera Plus" on App Store claims that it does the volume button snap!
This is what I always wanted so I gave it a shot. Amazing. But I mean this app doesn't do too much other than that. If you're expecting fancy camera features, don't try.

I've beening wanting volume snap since day one. If you're interested in this, just check it out.

There's an Easter Egg thing. You're supposed to hold the right border for a few seconds to activate it. Here. It says everything.
