Looks like an LG G6 on the front. The back looks as goofy as ever. Well at least it's not horrible. It's not gorgeous either. But I'm in favor of all leaks and rumors showing a flat display.

Lack of a notch design display already tells you it's not the production OLED iPhone.

Doesn't look so bad, to be honest. I would still rather have TouchID on the front, but I'm starting to think that having it on the back wouldn't be the end of the world.

Looks like what is Happening? Because you saw a picture of a casing from no source and this is so supposed to be a confirmation of something? Don't believe everything you Red or see on the internet.
Growing up, I always had a saying. "Believe nothing you hear and only 50% of what you read". In today's day in age, it should be modified to only 10% of what you read because of all the misinformation that is easily spread.

Forget about it. It is just a phone.
Not to mention that model is likely a Chinese knock off.
I would say its more than just a phone. Depending on what you do, its a tool. And by moving Touch ID to the rear of the device could inhibit or make using the tool more difficult. In my opinion, a flip phone is just a phone. A smartphone is a "computer".

If they place Touch ID on the back it'll be a nightmare for some users.
With a phone in a cradle all I have to do is reach over and tap the front... job done.
By moving it to the back I have either got to remove it from the cradle (not as simple as it sounds), pick it up, use Touch ID then reverse the procedure.
Even if they have Face to Unlock, will it have Touch ID built in and even if it does it is still an issue in having to take the phone out of the cradle (again not as simple as it sounds), pick it up and let the phone see my face then again reverse the procedure back to the cradle.

I can't remember one instance of parts leaks that didn't turn out to be true...

Apple will never make a 5.5 inch phone
Apple will never have a pretruding camera
Apple wouldn't bring back the 5S shell.
Double camera? No chance.
Solid home button? You crazy?
No headphone jack? Get out of here!

Looks like it's happening :(

It's fake, the source for that is on Twitter (Benjamin Geskin) he's already said that he doesn't think Touch ID will be on the back, also the very reliable @Onleaks has also said the same.

And I can also remember a lot of instances where rumors were not true for the new iPhone. It goes both ways.

Regardless, you're free to believe what you want, but that Photo is fake. Period.

I guess I'm the only one then who got tired of listening to all the rumors (MOST turned out not true) for the last 3 iPhone releases - I don't even care now, lol. Fun to watch everyone get worked up :).

And we're not even to August yet that rumors were really start to increase even more. And everybody is free to believe what they want to buy into for hype and rumors, but I don't allow it to affect my me the way it does some. It's just an iPhone. But is interesting to see the contradictions with these rumors and how they conflict with each other.

Lots of “sensor on back” rumors - my guess is the 7S and 7S+ have it, along with bigger screens absent a home button on front. The “activity” area supposedly coming to the new iPhone operating system also makes more sense if it applies to all new models going forward, which this change to the 7S/7S+ would allow.

The only iPhone with a larger display and reduced bezels this year is the premium one. The 7s and 7s Plus are virtually identical to the 7 and 7 Plus.

The function area is only viable due to the OLED display. The LCD displays of the 7s and 7s Plus could not include this area. Why? Because this area is black. The pixels are almost all turned off. This area looks extremely similar to the Touchbar on the new MacBook Pro.

No iPhone has the Touch ID sensor on the back. And placing the Touch ID sensor on the back on one iPhone and on the front on the other is one of the worst business decisions I've ever heard some people suggest.
