Let me explain to you my bigger picture. I live in Huddersfield in the UK. On Facebook I have 337 friends, and I know them all in person apart from about 20 who are virtual friends I have met on chatrooms/video games.They don't need you when they have 20 others lined up ready to buy. Flash is no longer an issue, anyway.
A grand total of 0 of them own an iPhone. Why? The majority have mentioned it's due to the high price, the removing of apps that Stevie doesn't like and the lack of flash. Android is cheaper, can do a lot more and has a much more of a range in styles.
From what I can see, from my own eyes and not resorting to potentially fabricated statistics and graphs, Apple is loosing custom due to it's ability to say no.
