Stores should not be closed today, it's not even a real holiday.
Hey everyone! Just got it! I synced up everything and am up and running and love it!
The only thing though is its still in the original plastic wrapper covering and there is no way i'm taking it off until I can get a screen protector for it and also a case. In fact, its not leaving my house until I can get a well rugged case for it, cause I know its gonna get dropped at least once (and that screen looks like it was meant to be broken) plus, i know anyone i show it to is gonna wanna mess around with it.
Sucks too cause I'm hanging out with some ppl tonight and wanted to take it with me...
...but not until I get a case for it! (and a screen protector!)

Glad you're being protective, but keep in mind that it's not made of cardboard, and is designed to be used![]()
So... Where do you end up getting it?
The case isn't a problem as long as you don't drop it. There was an article that took a NAIL to it and it didn't have any problem resisting it. It's that Aluminum back that's gonna get you.
I repeat: don't ruin the screen experience by sullying it with a protector.
AND CONGRATS! What a lovely ending to a very frantic story.
I work at an electronics store and I know I can probably get the InvisibleShield for like $5. I don't want one scratch on it. I think I wouldnt mind a bulky heavy duty case for the iPad...as opposed on an iPhone where i'd want the iPhone to be naked.
PC World did a stress test and was unable to scratch the screen with a nail so i think youll be fine without an InvisiShield
