i dont have udid account , is it possible to install ?????

Restore iOS 8.4 and then join the public beta as suggested here:

  • With the device you want to install the public beta on, go to http://beta.apple.com and enroll in the beta if you've not already
  • Download the profile (still on the device you want to install the beta on) and it'll take you to settings and ask you to install it.
  • After installing the profile, the beta download will be available OTA.... sit back and wait

Edit: I see you have already restored the device to iOS 8.4.

That may well be the case. However, it is clear that english is not the OP's first language and some of the responses here are disgraceful.

Nearly all of the OP's threads go to wasteland. Its not an issue of language barrier. It's because he never listens to advice given. It was pretty clear his attempts the last couple weeks to get beta have not been through proper Apple methods. Which is not allowed.

Yes, it's definitely clear that English is not the OP's first language. But with that being said, multiple people have tried to help multiple times. There are only so many ways the same thing can be said and the OP isn't really getting it.

A couple posts, one being mine, might be insensitive, but for the most part, the posts have been on topic and trying to help the OP. But, the OP isn't listening to us.

You are out of luck with the 1st generation. The following iPad models support multitasking enhancements in iOS 9.

Slide Over and Picture in Picture
  • iPad Mini 2
  • iPad Mini 3
  • iPad Air
Slide Over, Picture in Picture and Split View
  • iPad Air 2

Public and developer are currently the EXACT same build. There is absolutely no difference in even the slightest way.

Talking about this, I am sure you will have significant difficulty on checking tutorial videos ion YouTube. So here is the quick guide.

1. Go "https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/" and sign up with your Apple ID. If you don't have one, sign up one.

2. Follow on screen instruction to proceed until you are allowed to download a beta software profile. If any description on screen is hard for you to understand, "translate.google.com" would help you a lot.

3. Install this profile on your device.

4. Follow your device instruction to go ahead.

5. Since you have significant difficulty using English, I recommend you try the local language version if possible.

Don't waste time on your existing software downloaded from somewhere unknown.

Update: oh, you've figured it out right? That would be great for everyone here.

Some of the features will require developers to support, like quick reply, safari view for in-app browsers and ad-blockers. You can also play around with the trackpad feature, but yeah, that's pretty much it at the moment.

Regardless, iOS 9 is clearly a bug-oriented fix. So fewer features, but your device should feel smoother and have fewer problems (at least when the full version of iOS 9 ships).
