LOL, I'm starting to hear that more and more. I didn't make the move to iOS 7 for many of the same reasons I didn't get the 5s. I'm comfortable where I'm at on iOS 6.1, everything is set up the way I want it and I have everything iOS 7 does if not better, either by tweak or app.

Didn't feel the need to move heaven and earth just to get back to where I am now but on iOS 7.

Uhm…I think I'll probably just stay on my black/slate iPhone 5 thanks.

Not really a big issue. I did 3.5 years on an HTC Touch Pro running WinMo 6.1 Pro, customized to my liking with Sense 2.1 w/Weather and a bunch of other mods.

What I have with my iPhone 5 is worlds above that. I'll be fine without the iPhone 6 if that's what happens.

Thats more willpower than 97% of this forum has, lol. No need to keep getting the latest and greatest.

I prefer white myself. I have a black Nexus 5 and i have a hard time finding it sometimes when i set it down because it blends in with everything and doesnt stand out except for the blinking LED light.

However, color isnt seemingly going to be a factor so much now as size is getting to be too big in some new phones. If the new Nexus 6 is going to be 5.9", thats too big. The iPhone 6 might be one of the better options if everything keeps getting bigger.

LOL, I gather so based on some of the posts I read. Anyway, it's just my nature. I figure that if I am going to pay a lot of money for something that I am going to be using for any number of years then I want to get what I want. Until I can get what I want, I bide my time.

I waited 6 years to buy my very first 17" PowerBook G4, and that was the model of Mac that made me WANT to buy Apple. Of course, by then the Intel transition was long over, but I don't necessarily need what Intel offers, except in some narrow cases.

If the iPhone 5 supports iOS 9, well, I mean, I'm still relevant. Not that I won't want a new phone at some point, but I just don't like compromising on what I want if I'm going to be spending that much money.

My wife likes the white too. I got her a white iPhone 5 about a year after mine. I must admit that it is a very nice looking iPhone, but not enough to influence me.

Yeah, screen size seems to be the thing now. I'm ok with a bigger screen, but when it gets to a certain point it's just ridiculous. I've seen people walking around with what looks like tablets plastered to their ears and it just looks DUMB!

If I like the iPhone 6 (we'll see) I will probably hold out for the bigger model though. Which, if the delays I hear about are correct, actually works in my favor. We buy our phones (when we upgrade) with a portion of our tax refund (so we can get what we want, not just what we can afford) so any delays puts me right around in that time frame.
