I think Im missing something using a flashed ATV

Yup. Work with the command line every day. Very comfortable there. Personally, I've never seen a 1069 error in my couple of years of ATV tomfoolery.

Yeah, had to do with trying to get AFP working in the old days with 1.0 recovery images with some incorrect instructions floating around. A nightmare which fortunately Nito streamlined for us with his SmartInstaller.

Man, looking back at my posts in this thread I was kinda snarky. My apologies guys! :eek:
