Why does it matter to you what he says?

Woz is just a tech freak who's wishing out loud. He obviously still cares for the company he co-founded and is entitled to his opinion, even if it is a bit eccentric at times.

Yup, and his place in history gives him a bigger bragging right to voice is thoughts and be heard across the net.

What has Woz done since, say, 1983? The current Apple owes its success more to NeXT and the iMac then it does Woz.

Entertaining for one second the idea that Apple could/should make an Android phone is a stupid idea. Just as stupid as saying Apple should let cheap Chinese phone makers put a customized version of iOS on their devices. Tim Cook correctly shot that down saying Apple will never attach their brand to something someone else designed. I'd have no problem with Woz voicing his thoughts about Apple if they made sense but more often than not they don't.

All Jobs was about was design and simplicity. He wasn't about advancing anything.

Look at a Samsung Gear. All it needed was a bit of design and a bit of simplicity. Why didn't Samsung add that?

Because _good_ design and making a product just simple enough and not too simple is a very, very hard thing to do.

Without Steve Wozniak there would be no Apple and no Steve Jobs as you knew him. It kills me to see Apple fans throw him under the bus whenever he gives his opinion which he is entitled to.
