Not to rehash this again, but just a question: does anyone know why, when ‘texting’ someone that is not an iMessage user (green bubbles!) and you have multiple devices (like my Wi-Fi only iPad Pro and my iPhone) where both messages appear simultaneously due to the text message forwarding option, after every text sent or received the phrase “Number changed to Primary” appears???

Haven't seen that problem but there are plenty of messaging issues to go around. We're seeing group messages to Android users (SMS) failing often. We seeing missing messages with other iOS (iMessage) users both sent and received on some devices but not others.

Seems like MANY people are aware of it. Was at Best Buy with a friend who was moving to a Note 9 because he can't take the issues anymore. The Best Buy people were VERY aware of the iOS issues as well.

Jaysus...it’s not THAT drastic for me to switch to ‘droid. Any thoughts on the best way to bring it to Apple? Just a support or suggestion ticket as with all others?

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to start a ticket and get it escalated to a senior engineer. My guy isn't giving me updates at all though. Driving me nuts.

Mine isn't at the jump ship level but its been a problem. Not being able to communicate with Android users via group chats and missing random texts on random devices has cause some business issues.
