iCloud.com not working?

These outages are happening far too regularly.

Of course some (you know who you are) will say since it's free we should just suck it up.

I'm glad that iCloud is so much better than MobileMe

Mail keeps telling me wrong password, website keeps telling me it's encountering a problem when I try to login, and Calendar keeps telling me it can't go online. Exactly what was so wrong with MobileMe again? I don't ever recall dealing with such nonsense.

I am a HUGE Apple evangelist, and I have converted MANY, MANY Windoze users to Mac (and Blackberry/Android users to iOS) over the past few years. So, hiccups like this with iCloud are extremely embarrassing to me, as I now find myself telling friends and family that I guess Apple's not so different from Microsloth after all....

And the WORST thing is that Steve Jobs is no longer around to yell and scream at the imbeciles running the iCloud ship. On top of that, iTunes Match seems to be frozen in Development Hell, along with the iPhone 5 and iPad 3.

Things like these iCloud outages make me wonder whether Apple's glory days are coming to and end.

Ah, ignore me! Looking around the net, the 5 icons as a 3x2 grid (with one 'gap') is a common screen. I only remember mine in a single row of 5.

Not to sound like a broken record, but my iCloud mail is down as well. The lack of consistency is disconcerting. It's the only email account with which I've been having trouble.

I've been looking everywhere to see if iCloud was down. I just got a new iPhone today and scared myself that I had deleted my account when giving my old phone to my sister. I'll just have to wait until it is up again to see if I have done something stupid, but I don't think I have.

Well, at least the system status has been updated! iCloud is still out, but at least Apple's acknowledging it. Progress?? :roll eyes:
