iCloud Keychain not updated

Hello,

For some reason, my saved passwords on my iPad and Mac don't sync with the keychain on my iPhone. It's pretty annoying because many passwords and usernames are annoying to type on the iPhone and I would prefer to enter them automatically.

I am using 8.4.1 on my iPhone 5s and the latest release El Capitan on my Mac.


Maybe someone can spot the problem Thanks!
