If I understand correctly, someone would have to write a rosetta like program to install OS X since it's not optimized for the ARM architecture. That would be a neat hack though.

Running Linux or Android on it is a totally different challenge than running OS X. ARM versions of Linux and Android already exist, which is not the case for OS X (or any of its apps), so someone would have to write software to emulate an x86 CPU or translate the x86 instructions to ARM.
