1) it isn't a differing opinion. I said I wouldn't buy it for just the iPod either

2) it isn't smashing heads if I'm making a valid point...which was that the original ipod cost $500 and people still bought that, so paying $500 for an ipod is not unheard of

I was merely saying tht 4 ppl who wanted it primarily as a touchscreen iPod it was a bit annoying. Anyway it doesnt apply 2 me @ all cos i live in England.

they were originally $500 for a 10GB ipod.

Actually, the original iPod was 5 GB. I still have mine.
