My vote is in for Galcon. I have downloaded a ton of games for the iPhone and this is the only one that still holds my attention. Since the Multiplayer was released, you can play against real thinking (most of the time) people.

Newtonica is perfect.

I just picked Newtonica up and while its damn cool it needs a few gameplay tweaks and additions to make it a true classic but its got every chance of getting there.

Galcon is one i keep coming back to ... as is MotionX Poker

MotionX Poker. You can play it over and over. Especially good when you have five free minutes waiting for the train or in a line. I'm up near 8 million coins!

Texas Hold Em if you even remotely like the game. Its the best version of Poker ive played on any mobile device.

I had scrabble on my old phone and it was fun. Of course not as much fun as on the computer........But no one expects that.

What about games for the iPod. You can get them right? How are they? I don't always find the touch screen easy to use. Any suggestions?

I am so picky. My favorites are:
Enigmo
Dizzy Bee
iDrum - Club Edition
Alli's Jigsaw Puzzle

I know this is more than one. I think these are a great combo though.
If i really had to choose only one, it would be Enigmo. I just want more levels though because i'm close to being done. I think it has 50 levels. I even downloaded the desktop version.

Trism or Cookie Bonus Solitaire.

Trism uses the accelerometer, which adds a great touch to a Bejeweled-type game.

Cookie Bonus Solitaire is just a straightforward Klondike solitaire, but it has good features and it does what it's supposed to.

I have several games (bought and free) and those are the two I play most often.

Aurora Feint is pretty good too, but it's a memory hog, and not quite as engaging, IMO.

I've tried the free version of Cookie Bonus Solitaire and think it's horrible!

Get Mondo or Solitaire City instead, or even Top 3 Solitaire.

I have Zuma on my iPod I like it........as far as iPod games go...not my favorite method of game playing. And wears down the battery a lot faster obviously.

I would definitely read the reviews before buying any of the games for the iPod. I was excited about Scrabble until I read the reviews Mah Jong as well. A lot of people found out after buying them that the weren't compatible with the new classic iPod and Apple wouldn't refund their money:( And also Mah Jong is a complete deck and it is the solitaire version which I was expecting.

Crash Team Racing, I've found it provides a good solid half hours fun before it get's a bit repetitive, which is pretty good considering my attention span...

Other than that, Spore Origins, but I have yet to play it, just the proper Spore, and that's damn awesome in itself, so Origins can't be that bad :p
