You drive up to the location and you see his house. Then you wait. Confirm by the pictures and confirm target.

You are free to eliminate target. Lol.

No but seriously, confirm it's him and then you go upfront to him. Maybe record the whole session as well?

Then you have enough material to get him in prison in the STATES M.F, maybe I don't know the rules there.
Never go by yourself to confront. After you confirm, call the cops. There's so many loopholes in the law that can come right around and bite you even though you're the victim.

I have a question before I purchase iCaughtU Pro.

When it sends you an email with location, does it enable location services when this happens and then turns it off or does it require locations services ON prior to this happening?

If anyone wants to try for me I'd be grateful. Simply turn location services off and then go to lockscreen and input the wrong numbers. Then see if it gives you the location in the email and confirm it's OFF when you then enter the correct numbers.

IcaughtU didn't work for me.

Igotya worked surprisingly well, despite a short delay in sending the email/text. Sometimes it takes several tries to get a good location (i.e. first try shows wrong area, second shows street, third shows very very precise location on street [still no address]).

Since noone wanted to answer my question I'm answering it myself . Yes , it automatically puts on 3G and data. You can enable it to "Auto Wifi" as well.

iCaughtU Pro is working pretty well . Sometimes it's not sending a mail and etc but its only sometimes .

Also , it had an update today with some fixes.

I've been wondering for a while which to get, seems like igotya is swaying my vote as it seems to be more accurate and seems more (?) reliable when it matters, sending emails and accurate locations. However it is more expensive.

Both seem to have a safe/secure mode of sorts, ive seen a YouTube clip of how igotya's works, which is nice but there seems to be a short delay from when it unlocks where it goes to the secure mode and you can see the original springboard. I notice one of the change log items is an improved secure mode but I have no way of knowing which version the YT clip is with.

How is icaughtyou pro's implementation of this?

How are the full versions licensed? Are they per device or tied to the cydia account?

Tied to the account for icaughtyoupro. I have this version on both my iphone 4s and my ipod 5g and works perfectly. worth the money for piece of mind.

Ah that's good to know. Have you noticed any issues with location being not accurate on the 4S, both on wifi and 3G?

Not having much luck with the free version of ICaughtU, the disable power button works as does the saving the image to the camera roll, which is nice but it's not sending emails. I have the mail set up as follows, I'm using a Google apps account so I have a personal domain name:

Host = smtp.google.com
Email = email@mydomain.com
Use Secure Connection = On
Username = email@mydomain.com
Password = <my password>

I can't figure it out! :(

I was having issues till i used "Host = smtp.gmail.com" then it worked fine for me.

Aha, that did the trick, thanks.

I've been having problems too, and I tried changing 'google' to 'gmail' on the smtp section of the mail settings, but its still not sending.

It comes up with a message saying the email couldn't be sent, check details are correct.

It doesn't seem all that reliable, might give iGotYa a try, although it's more expensive but if it sends every time, it might be worth the extra.

Why use that settings? Just use that option where u just put in the e-mail. not that extra hazzle.

Works for me.

The authors of Bitesms say that Icaughtu doesnt play well with bite.

Here's a list of apps with known compatibility issues.

Any bitesms users have probs with igotya at all?

What kinds of issues are they addressing? Like, lag? Or just failing to do it's purpose?

Im not sure. Probably crashes and just dont function well together.
At bitesms they dont list Igotya there as incompatible so I guess iGotya would ok with bite? Anyone have both?

I have both, and I've only noticed one little bug (have no idea if it's a bite / iGotYa conflict), but when I put in the wrong password, there's a significant lag (5-8 seconds maybe) to being able to try to put the password in again.

Thank you.
Everything else ok besides that? Not bad.
Im thinking about purchasing the full version of iGotYa.
