iJailBreakMobile Released!

Wingman, I used the instructions/downloads from here to get to the 1.1.2 jailbreak, then used the iJailBreak Mobile from the installer...worked great...hope that helps...
Don't DO IT.... I just did it and it F'ed everything up. I just wanted to be cool like everyone else and have 1.1.3 but I followed everything step by step and ended up having to restore my iphone. I had a jailbroken 1.1.1 which honestly had no problem. Oh well... Just gotta wait for something better I guess.. But yes. DON'T BE AN IDIOT LIKE ME =)
Haha well if you mess things up, the phone will mess up! But if you follow the proper instructions, you might end up w/ a flawless 1.1.3 unlocked / jailbroken iPhone

Good for you. Bad for me. But anywho. I like starting over =) Makes things interesting ya know? I'm pretty sure there was a glitch or something because it was just a few simple steps.

I followed the steps to upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 on my jailbroken and unlocked phone and now all I see is the itunes and usb connect logo. What do I do next? I appreciate the help in advance...
UPDATE:: I had to download 1.1.1 firmware and do the unlock steps for jailbreakme.com to get it to work. Anyone know how to successfully update to 1.1.3? This method didn't work for me.

Not only is the kid a genius, he is a very generous genius. I remember when the iPhone was first hacked, I was a little surprised the kid was 17. Not only are these kids good, they are kind. My iPhone is the most awesome technological gadget I have owned. I have had a Mac since 1985, but the iPhone is super cool. I spend more then six months a year in foreign countries and if it were not for the work of these kids, I could not have an iPhone. If the installer is a little buggy, follow the recommended advice and slow down and read the instructions. All I can say to this kid is Thanks.

I was able to get it back to a working 1.1.1 -- I did AriX's method twice and got the same issues. Since there are so many ways to 'upgrade' the phone, i can see how things might not be universally compatible. Anyway, I'm going to try the wiki update method during a super bowl party where i'll have access to tons of geeks that can bail me out if need be!

Ok, what am I missing or doing wrong. Once I've done this

there are no packages to select, the only selection I can make is "more info" which takes me to the ijailbreak home page??

I couldn't get the ijailbreakmobile.com to workl from the 1.1.1 hack...I had to go to the 1.1.2 jailbreak then to the 1.1.3 from the JBMobile and then it worked great...
