I don’t think it makes any sense for 120Hz to come to iMac first. If Apple is putting R&D effort into bringing 120Hz to Mac then it will almost certainly be putting that effort into bringing it to MacBook Pro first.
Again, I think the simplest, least interesting, least exciting outcomes are by far the most likely.

Probably could be argued there is no need for 128GB in a non-Pro model, and so few people would do it that it’s not worth bothering with supporting and certifying that configuration.
Also this dovetails into the topic about whether a new iMac would lose the user ability to upgrade RAM. I’d say there is a good chance of that (as that trend across the range is clear) - which probably makes it even less likely they would support 128GB because it would be cost-prohibitive for consumers (again, especially for a non-Pro model).
