powermac + 23"LCD = $2500 + $1000 + mighty cable mess = :(

23" imac = ~$2500 (incl. isight+airport/bluetooth+decentGPU) = :)

but i see the point of upgrading and keeping the display of course.
 
I think it would make sense for the larger the screen on an iMac, the smaller the "chin" is.

anyway, i want my 2x23" screen real estate. so i can surf two mac rumors threads in parallel.

Apple has a 23" LCD Screen, so it is on at least one screen manufacturer's porfolio :rolleyes:
