iMac wireless issues - which router?

Looks like 10.4.9 might have fixed the wireless issues at last. I've been working via Airport for the last 30 minutes without the speed dropping off and with full strength. Previously I would get 3 or 4 bars and speed would tail off to a crawl pretty quickly, but touch wood, this looks stable.

I can confirm the latest core2duo airport update fixes the 24" iMac problems with the Netgear DG834N and so most probably other netgear models.

Now get full reception + speed as opposed to 3-4 bars and max 300kbps.
